Bigscreen, Inc. ("Bigscreen") respects the privacy of its online visitors and users of its products and services.   • Account information. When you create an account, we log your username, provided email address, account creation date, the Steam/Oculus account you’re using, the head-mounted display (HMD) you’re using, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address from which you log in.

  • Activity information. For each user session, we log a wide variety of user actions, such as the amount of time you spend in our app, the rooms or users you report, the date, time, and reason for contacting us, and other communications with us.

  • Transactional information. If you purchase products or services from us (e.g. a movie ticket), we will collect certain information from you, including your name, address, email address, and information about the product or service you are purchasing.

  • Other information. You may choose to provide other information directly to us, such as when you fill out a form, participate in events and promotions, or apply for a job.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you access or use our Services, we may also automatically collect information about you. This includes:

  • Log and usage data. We may log information when you access and use the Services, such as your IP address and operating system.

  • Location information. We may derive your approximate location from your IP address.

Information We Get From Others

  • User notifications. When users sign up for a Bigscreen account, an email is provided to facilitate account retrieval.

  • Website behavior. Bigscreen uses Google Analytics to track user behavior on the company's website. You may opt out of the use of Google Analytics cookies by downloading the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
